Located in Placa de Sa Font, the building of Museu Municipal de Ciutadella was previously situated in Bastio de Sa Font. The current museum, founded in 1995, exhibits primordial relics from the Talayotic, Muslim and Roman epoch of the island of Menorca. Some of the interesting historical items that are housed in this museum are skulls from the iron age, Roman jewelry and coins, and various ceramic wares that will really spark your imagination regarding the olden times of Menorca.
